Job Description

Primary responsibility of the position is to remotely support client locations. You must be a strong analytical technician while handling multiple tasks in a high-paced and pressurized environment. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the Point of Sale environment; however, the more experience supporting diverse technologies the better.


  • Number one priority is to provide the very highest level of service to our clients
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve POS hardware\software issues called in
    from all stores
  • Ensure calls are clearly documented and properly tracked
  • Provide follow up for any unresolved issues
  • Identify trends of inbound calls and report them to Management
  • Follow all PCI compliance guidelines to ensure client/company security


Required Skills

  • Basic Linux Command line knowledge
  • Strong proprietary application technical support
  • Must be experienced providing remote Help Desk Support
  • A+ Hardware certification is a plus
  • Experience coordinating/implementing new POS systems and upgrades a plus
  • Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Demonstrated proficiency in information technology either through education or work experience
  • Knowledge of common concepts, practices and procedures pertaining to
    PC technology is required
