Sequoia's Help Desk includes features such as:

  • Attachments | You now have the ability to attach files to your support tickets
  • New Channels | In addition to using our support web portal, you can now create cases via e-mail and your smart phone
  • Ease of use | Your email replies will be automatically updated in your case so there is no need to log into help desk to provide new detail to your existing ticket information
  • Improved case descriptions | Your issue will be in the subject line as opposed to only seeing a case number to allow you to better manage multiple support issues
  • Knowledge Base | Self Service Knowledge Base Portal that will allow you to search forum topics with the ability to interact with support staff and other users with similar issues
